When Pand.ai was first founded, it had two members, and was based in a home office. Today, we have over 15 employees, and have worked with many clients across five different countries.

Prior to founding Pand.ai, Shin Wee was the Head of Digital Banking for Standard Chartered Bank in China, where he built a number of award-winning digital capabilities for the bank. In 2013, he was named “Top 50 Business Innovators in China” by CBN Weekly for inventing an ATM software that helped the bank to reduce the cost per lead by more than 90%.

Dr. Teoh Chai Wen is the Chief Product Officer at Pand.ai where she leads a team of product managers and product engineers to create high-performance AI Chatbots for our clients. Prior to joining Pand.ai, she was a Senior Lecturer in Marketing at Sunway University in Malaysia, and chaired the Internship Committee at its Business School.
Dr. Teoh graduated with a First-Class Honours in Marketing from the University of Utara Malaysia where she also earned her PhD in the same field. She is currently an affiliate member of both the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).

Mark Chang is the founder of JobStreet, the largest online employment company in Southeast Asia. He sold JobStreet in 2014 for RM 1.89 billion, and now serves on the board for 104 Corporation, and is a founding Board Member for Endeavor Malaysia.
Mark leads multiple efforts to mentor young entrepreneurs, and has received multiple awards, including Innovator of the Year, Outstanding American Alumnus Award, and Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas Austin, and later received a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
